Home Director to Acquire Dedicated Devices, Inc.
Company to Offer their Whole Home Media System to the Connected Home Market
(Campbell CA) - January 3, 2007 -- Home Director, Inc., a provider of reliable infrastructure and control products for the Connected Home market, today announced that it has reached an agreement in principle to acquire Dedicated Devices, Inc., a rising star in the manufacturer of reliable Whole Home Media Servers.
