Ben Dahl joined UV Partners as an Associate in 2008. He focuses on investments in networks, Internet services, software and digital media. Prior to UV, he co-founded and served as COO & General Counsel for Unspam Technologies, an anti-spam company providing innovative anti-spam research and government services. Before Unspam, Ben worked with Echo Networks to create a digital music licensing consortium of CD music retailers through recapitalization investments from Best Buy, Virgin, Tower Records, Wherehouse Entertainment, Hastings and Transworld Entertainment. Prior to Echo, he practiced law at Cooley Godward LLP. Ben is a member of the state bar associations of California and Utah. Ben holds M.B.A.s from Columbia University and the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Ben has an A.B. from Princeton University and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. Ben currently serves as a board observer for Gazillion and Adapx. Ben also works with Skylight Healthcare Systems.
